Are you pet-friendly?

Yes, we love our furry friends! We allow dogs up to 50 pounds for $50 per pet, per stay. Service animals are exempt from fees.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 24 hours prior to 4 PM on the day of arrival. Cancellations within the 24 hour cancellation policy are subject to first night’s room and tax. No refunds. Please be aware that attempting to modify a reservation within the 24 hour cancellation period will be considered a cancellation.

What is your pet policy?

We are so happy you chose to stay with us, and to treat your pup to a new experience. Please review these rules to ensure the safety and consideration of our guests and your furry friend!

  • You will be charged a one-time cleaning fee of $50/pet for your doggie sleepover.
  • Your pal will receive presents at checkin!
  • Your room will be located on one of our pet-friendly floors (2nd or 3rd floor), to allow us to keep other floors pet free.
  • Your card CAN be charged up to $500 AFTER checking out if the below rules aren't followed:
    • If this is room damage caused by your dog.
    • A lonely dog is a sad dog. Pets cannot be left unattended on the property. If your pet disturbs another guest due to barking, you will be responsible for any refunds given because of noise complaints or disturbances.
    • If you leave your pet unattended, and we are unable to reach you by cell phone (we will try TWICE), we will be forced to call the Humane Society or City Policy to have your pet removed. You will be responsible for any and all fines incurred by removing your pet from the property and reuniting with them. 
    • Get outside and bring your dog! Remember that dogs must be on a leach and always attended to. 
    • Clean up after your dog. Please only use the designated areas as a bathroom.
    • You assume liability for any damages to, or any additional cleaning of, any space on Origin Hotel property.
    • Origin Hotel is not responsible for accidents or injury to or caused by your pet, or loss of your pet.

Release and indemnification. You agree to release, defend and indemnify Origin Hotel from any and all claims or damages related to your pet, or your pets stay at the hotel, including claims by third parties. Dogs cannot be left alone or unsupervised in the guest room at any time.
